Ferns

LIGHT: I do not enjoy direct sunlight. Some morning sun is okay but filtered light is best. Some of my family members are happy in lower light than others but not too dark.

WATER: I like to be kept lightly damp so please don’t let me go completely dry or bog me down with water. Generally, watering when my top soil is dry is delightful but more than once a week might over saturate me. If I turn yellow then I might be asking for less water. I’ll droop a little when I’m thirsty. If you find that I’m droopy just a few days after watering, then I might be ready for a larger pot!

HUMIDITY: Most of us enjoy a boost of humidity but not all of us require it to thrive.

FUN FACTS: I clean your air to keep your home fresh. My leaves are called Fronds.
